I’ve been trying to get back into the graphic design groove lately, so I started by designing a logo for an event from one of my favorite tv shows, Avatar: The Last Air Bender. Earth Rumble VI is where Aang meets his earth-bending teacher, Toph.
It took me a day to come up with the concept and another two to finalize the design. Overall I’m pretty happy with it! Depending on the kind of feedback I get, I may submit the design to TeeFury. So let me know what you think!!

A Lesson About Television And A Rant About Spoilers

The beauty of television is that it is not restricted to the two-three hour time constraint a lot of films can be subjected to. A television series has the ability and time to tell a more in depth story and fully reveal the characters you will grow to love and hate. Every scene, every episode, every season, is meticulously planned so you get the right information at the right time. And why? So you feel something.

If a season ends in a cliff hanger, it is because the event that is in progress is critical. You are supposed to be left speculating, pulling your hair out, and worrying about what will happen next because all of this adds to the story and experience.

“Spoilers” are called spoilers for a reason. They diminish all the excitement and thrill you should feel when it matters. So please, Legend of Korra fans, if you are so impatient that you must find leaks on the internet, keep it to yourself without ruining it for those patient enough to enjoy the ride. And for pete’s sake, think about the kittens.

Apparently tonight is a night of revelations.

As if Iroh’s story in Tales of Ba Sing Se wasn’t touching enough, I just came to realize that Mako has been honored once again.

I cannot express how much I envy this girl’s talent and how happy it makes me that she has been creating Legend of Korra fanart recently.
